In your message, please supply the following information:

  • What version of the software are you using?
  • What is your basic hardware configuration (If relevant)? (e.g. Intel Pentium III 800 MHz, 128 MB RAM)
  • What are the steps to reproduce the bug again? (Such as what was the system doing at the time of the problem...)
  • Do any error messages appear? If yes, what exactly do they say?

If possible, please attach a screenshot of any error message to the e-mail.
